First Ride Preparation

Step 1: The Gear

Wear snug, breathable cycling shorts and a moisture-wicking top. We provide all the equipment, so you just need to show up ready to move.

Step 2: Warm Up

Start with a 5-10 minute warm-up to get your blood flowing. This helps prevent injury and sets the tone for a productive session.

Step 3: The Ride

Follow the instructor's cues and focus on your form. We'll guide you through the session, ensuring you stay safe and energized.

Step 4: Cool Down

Finish with a 5-10 minute cool-down to help your body transition back to a resting state. Stretch and hydrate to feel your best.

Nervous? Start with Rider 101.

We run a class built specifically for people who have never done this. 360 Rider 101 - Beginner, Wednesdays at 5:45pm with Lisa R. Same room, same music, same bikes, taught at a pace where nobody gets left behind. If you are on the fence, start here.

Or come ride free on Sunday.

360 Join the Circle is our community ride, Sundays at 1:15pm with Jodie, and it is free for first-time riders. No card, no commitment, just come see what the room feels like.

Your First Ride

What is the first ride like?

We start with a warm-up and a short intro to the bike. It's a high-energy environment, but we keep it welcoming for beginners. You'll feel the power of the blacklight studio in no time.

Do I need to be fit to join?

Not at all. We welcome everyone. Our classes are designed for all fitness levels, from total beginners to advanced athletes. We focus on technique and movement, not just speed.

How do I book my first ride?

Simply visit our website and select a class. We offer a First 3 Rides Free offer for all new visitors. You can also call us at 423-401-4204 or email us at Ridewithus@360cycle.net.

What should I wear?

Wear comfortable athletic clothing. We recommend breathable fabrics that don't restrict movement. We provide all the gear, including the blacklight cycling bikes and safety equipment.
